Refund policy

We accept Return Items with Major Defects within 7 Business days from the day you received the item. Please note that no 3D Print is perfect there can be seam lines and small areas of layer lines which is normal. If you receive a product with a major defect please provide pictures of the item part in an email and we will get back with you. You will need to provide the return shipping price but we will give you a full refund once received and reviewed on the purchase price excluding the return shipping. Please note currently we do not offer refunds if the item is damaged in transit. We package are products to protect against being mishandled by the postal service.
